Terry is President and co-owner of Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. Terry has been with Esch Insurance Agency since 1994 and prior to that he investigated insurance fraud. He holds the designation of CPIA – Certified Professional Insurance Agent.  Terry specializes in the areas of personal, business, life, and health insurance. Terry is an active volunteer in the Dodgeville and Mount Horeb communities.  He is a past board member for the Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce, the Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Dodgeville Optimists. 

Sandy is co-owner of Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. She joined Esch Insurance in February 2007. She comes to the agency with over 20 years of experience in the area of marketing and is very familiar with Esch Insurance as it has been in her family since 1959. Sandy is a Board of Trustees Member for Upland Hills Health and serves on several committees for the hospital.  She is also a Board Member with Project Home.  She is a past member and officer of the Mount Horeb Optimist Club and occasionally participates as a judge for DECA's regional competitions.

Mary has been with Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1999. Mary handles client billing inquiries and the accounting functions for the agency in which she has over 25 years experience. Mary is an active member of her local church and the Dodgeville community. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family.

Erika is an agent with Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. She joined Esch Insurance in January 2011. Licensed in property & casualty and life & health, Erika is a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the insurance industry. She also holds her CISR designation (Certified Insurance Service Representative).

Kara is an agent with Esch Insurance Agency. She is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance. She has been an agent since 2010 and joined the Esch team in February of 2012. Kara is an active member of the Mount Horeb community. Kara currently serves as the Chair for the Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Outside of work, she stays busy volunteering and supporting our local sports teams.
